Our landscape maintenance Includes the following:
- Mowing & blowing as required (approx. 37 times per year)
- Edging lawn every other visit during growing season
- Turf fertilization approx. 4-6 times a year
- Inspection of shrub beds each visit
- Blow, pick-up, and remove leaves as appropriate
- Trim and prune shrubs and hedges (under 8 ft.) as appropriate for appearance
- Irrigation start-up, seasonal reprogramming, and shut-down
Additional services offered:
- Parking lot sweeping service
- Irrigation repair & service
- Annual floral plantings
- Tree pruning and stump removal service (includes hedges and shrubs over 8 feet)
- Bark dust application
- Clean-ups & debris removal
- Outdoor trash cans disposed in on-site dumpsters
